There are two parts to the Passions Tab

Passions

The various passions with a score over 0 are shown grouped by their Court. Each passion has an XP checkbox which you can toggle, the name of the passion and the passion score.

Clicking on the Passion name will make a Passion Roll.

Holding ALT and clicking gives an Opposed Roll

Holding CTRL and clicking gives a Fixed Opposed Roll

If you hover the mouse to the left of the score you will see a pencil icon - click this to open the Passion Item Sheet

Afflictions

There are three icons to show if you are afflicted with Madness, Melancholy or Misery. To toggle them on/off you need to go to the Effects Tab.
