Daily schedule: 8-4. Rhi flows as possible between projects.

By October 8, giving us August and September, we want to prototype and sell some units. That's the best way to test the product and the market.

"Prototype" may have to be some barely-functional MVP, not a beautiful wearable.

Every week we'll evaluate project progress and adjust strategy as needed.

Rhi: will fill out YC application, design survey, make phone calls. Tim: will fill out idea maze.
