- LAB 2: (assigned 2/18 at 1pm, due 3/9). Set up an instance of the ohmage-omh data storage unit (details to be provided). Install 2 mobile apps that will upload to DSU. We will hold a special intro session to this lab after studio on 2/18. In addition Andy/Faisal will hold a few office hours the week of 2/23 to help people get started as needed. - LAB 3: (assigned 3/9, due 3/23). More details to follow on creating a clinician dashboard using OhMage stack data that would be appropriate for incorporation into the EHR. Group Project
- Timeline: Project area brainstorming by 3/2. Project plan due 3/16. Final webpages for project due 5/4.
- Suggested phases: Group brainstorming/formation, Iterative Pitch ideas and refine with instructors/TAs, 2-page Proposal submitted with work plan, Weekly check in in pre-class clinic (2:30-3), Class presentation, Final material submission
- Topic ideas: Social media based syndromic survey using twitter, QS Suite, NLP for QS clinician or patient, Claims/HCCI data analysis
