The TLC met by teleconference on December 1, 2010 at 4:00 PM EST.

Notes

1. There was a discussion of what the next steps are for completing the changes to the build tools.
2. There was a discussion of solutions for moving hosting of COIN from INFORMS. The overall conclusion was that hosting at Clemson seems the best overall option at this point, but would still involve some level of fund raising. Other options include Lehigh, which would be free, but offer less support, professional hosting (Amazon EC2, etc.) or some sort of open source hosting platform. More spade work is needed.
3. Mirroring of the repository to take load off of the server is an option to be considered, but would require some effort to implement.
4. It was agreed that it would be worthwhile to look into new solutions for mailing lists. Something like community forums might be easier and more appropriate.
5. Remaining items were tabled.
