Notes

Current business

  1. John Siirola was introduced as the newest member of the TLC.
  2. A special election will be undertaken to fill Bill Hart's spot, as he has been elected to the SLB.
  3. CoinAll 1.6.0 was released just prior to INFORMS.
    • Going forward, there was a discussion about what platforms to support with binary releases and also how to support automated generation of binaries. The TestTools project is already set up to produce binary packages. We can set that up to run automatically with Jenkins.
    • There was additional discussion about tweaks to the installers, which were also released prior to INFORMS.
    • There was a discussion about how to revive the effort to have RPMs and .debs available for installation on Linux. Ted will contact the groups who were spearheading these efforts previously.
    • There was a discussion about where to locate the ApplicationTemplates in CoinAll. It is currently located in the examples subdirectory.
  4. There was a discussion about if/when to move forward with support for the latest version of the auto tools. It was agreed that this needed to happen, in part because some things are now broken that cannot be fixed without upgrading (cl build). However, it will be a huge job, so it remains to be seen when it can be done.
  5. John Sirrola agreed to spearhead the effort to get Jenkins up and running on the new server.

Pending business

  1. Pending Business was carried forward.
