The TLC met by teleconference on November 21, 2006 at 1:00 PM EST.

Notes

Due to the lack of a quorum, most of the agenda items were tabled. Two items were discussed.

1. It was decided that an automatically generated page containing a list of projects and their authors, along with other basic information, should be created in order to avoid the problem of what to list in the AUTHORS files of binary distribution packages.

2. There was a long discussion regarding how to react to the departure of the multifario project (see the FutureDirectionDiscussion page).
