   • Update on adding user registration
   • Adding legal status to XML page
   • Selection of CMS
8. Change structure of doxygen documentation generation so that documentation is local to individual projects and connected by doxygen tag files.

Notes

1. There was a quick update on CoinEasy. Development is coming along.

2. There was a discussion of what our philosophy on off-site hosting should be. There was consensus that allowing projects that are hosted off-site makes sense as long as certain conditions are met. Bill and Ted will make a first effort to modify the Project Management Guidelines to specifically reflect this possibility and spell out the restrictions.

3. Bill is working with Matt to get Hudson up and running on the COIN servers.

4. There was an update on submissions.

5. There was a discussion of whether to require/suggest that project managers maintain change logs for their projects. In the end, it was decided this was not high priority and that it should be left to individual project managers whether to do it or not.

6. There was a brief update on the progress of updates to the Web site.
