- Remove daily archives from project directories that no longer request them.

Notes
-
There was a lengthy discussion regarding what to do with the general COIN help material currently on the BuildTools wiki, which has now evolved into a general COIN help site). Keeping in mind that there may be some overlap between this project and the proposed COIN documentation project, it was decided that we should temporarily create a link to the BuildTools site from "projects.coin-or.org/CoinDoc," with the thinking being that at some point in the future, when the COIN documentation project gets under way, it could take over this address and we could move the general purpose help stuff from BuildTools to the COIN documentation project. The BuildTools site would then continue to be maintained for its original purpose---as a place for project managers to get help and report bugs with the build tools. Before proceeding, we will check with the SLB and others involved with the documentation project to make sure we are not steeping on any toes. An alternative is to call it CoinHelp and not attempt to integrate it with the documentation project.
-
There was a brief discussion regarding how to clear up confusion among users who had been previously checking out the trunk/ directory of various COIN projects and who may not realize they should now be checking out from stable/. It was decided to send a brief message to coin-discuss stating this, with a pointer to the BuildTools/CoinDoc Wiki for more information. We will also look into implementing a post-checkout hook warning users who check out from trunk that they should do so at their own risk.
-
There was a discussion regarding procedures for producing and posting binary releases. The Binary Distribution Requirements page is still basically up to date, so it was decided to produce new binary distributions in accordance with these procedures. These distributions will be sent to Laci and/or Matt, who will post them in the newly created Binary Download directory. Laci will look into automating the process of posting the binary distributions in the future.
Respectfully submitted,
Ted Ralphs, TLC Chair
