2. 'Links' umbrella project. An MSFLinks project is in the works (shim between the Microsoft Solver Foundation backend API and the OSI API). XXXLinks are proliferating. Should they be collected in an umbrella project?
3. Converting projects to the build tools: there are now instructions!
4. INFORMS preparations

Notes

1. No progress on teleconference options.
2. General consensus is that there should not be a 'Links' umbrella project. Creating a category in the list of projects so that it's easy to find all the "links" projects is a good happy medium.
3. There are now instructions on how to convert a project to the new build system. Next step is to notify project managers and ask for their help in doing the conversion. For projects already converted, we will move to
4. There were no specific suggestions for INFORMS prep.
