The TLC met by teleconference on October 6, 2009 at 5:00 PM EST.

Notes

1. There was a discussion of selection procedures for the COIN Cup.
2. It was briefly noted that the instructions for updating projDesc.xml should be posted somewhere.
3. Laci would like to step down, we need a new submissions manager.
4. CoinAll 1.3.1 has been released.
5. There was a brief discussion of whether to have a CD to give away at INFORMS. It was decided this was not a good idea. Folks can get the software on a keychain drive from a laptop if they want.
6. There will be some effort to produce new binaries from 1.3.1 before INFORMS.
7. Despite best efforts, development of core projects still seems to be strongly coupled. We will see what we can do to change that.
