Notes

1. A few more issues surrounding the build tools updates were ironed out. The goal is still to have CoinAll 1.5 out by INFORMS. Missing pieces are documentation and converting more projects.
2. Discussion of doxygen changes was tabled.
3. Hudson is up and running now on the COIN server. Bill will work on testing the addition of external build platforms/servers.
4. Discussion of submissions was tabled.
