Current Business

Bill Hart has decided to run for the SLB, which will open up a slot on the TLC (if he gets elected). Also, Laci, Kipp, and Stefan are up for re-election. Laci will step down, while Kipp and Stefan have agreed to run again.
Progress continues on a release for CoinAll 1.6. It was agreed that we should delete MSVC++ files that are no longer supported or out of date from stable releases. We can leave them in the trunk in case someone needs them.
Progress continues on getting installers released for CoinAll 1.6.
The problem with updating Doxygen documentation on the new server as been fixed.
No progress on pdating repository policy.
The need to undertake a scrubbing of the repository was discussed. Some project that are no longer active need to be archived and/or deleted. A question was raised as to how to handle projects that will be archived or inactive from their inception. We have the potential for one such project already: Roger Fletcher has agreed to donate some of his Fortran codes for nonlinear optimization.
