The TLC met by teleconference on September 15, 2010 at 4:00 PM EST.

Notes

1. There was a quick discussion at the beginning of the meeting about support for MSVC++ on 64-bit machines. Lou is working on support for this and also for some other nice upgrades.
2. So far, we have two candidates for the two seats on the TLC. There was a discussion regarding the recruitment of additional candidates.
3. The submissions manager was not present, so there was no discussion of submissions. Lou reported that legal documentation is getting into shape. Present status is good for recent projects and not good for older ones.
4. Stefan reported further progress on changes to the build tools. The use of ADDLIBS variable has been removed and things are much cleaner now. Still on the agenda is documentation and conversion of remaining projects.
5. Next meeting will be September 29.
