Notes

1. Discussion of CoinUtils and Cgl was tabled.
2. Funding opportunities were discussed briefly.
3. There was a brief discussion of whether to encourage the development of the CMake build system (by a third party, not the TLC). It seems like a good thing to do.
4. Discussion of binaries and installers was tabled.
5. There should be more time now to update the autotools to the latest version.
6. There was a long discussion of Jenkins and TestTools
