Notes

1. A draft proposal regarding versioning and releases was adopted based on the Humuhumunukunukuapuaa proposal on the RevisionSystem Wiki page. Matt and Leo will work on an official draft to be posted on the TechnicalProposals page and to be sent out to project managers for comment. Once the comment period has ended, the final proposal will be voted on and adopted.

2. The issue of creating an umbrella project for COIN in order to maintain "getting started" information was sent back to the SLB for consideration. The main question was whether the documentation project that has already been proposed by the SLB subsumes the proposed umbrella project.

3. The project web pages discussion was tabled.

4. The dual icensing discussion was tabled.

5. The next meeting will be in approximately two weeks.
