The TLC met by teleconference on August 5, 2011 at 4:00 PM EST.

Notes

1. We will have another panel at this year's INFORMS meeting. Volunteers for the panel were solicited (Bill and Kipp). Ted will check into plans for the COIN Cup.
2. The upgrading of MSVC++ files to version 10 is mostly done now. There was some discussion about whether version 9 will be supported anymore. Any version 9 (and older) files that are not planned to be supported should be deleted from stables and releases.
3. Almost all projects that will go into CoinAll now have releases. The exceptions are OS, Couenne, Bcp, FlopC++, CoinMP, and Smi. The latter three are not being maintained, but we'll try to get them up to date before the release.
4. Bill will check on fixes to the moderation system.
5. Ted will ping Laci on the doxygen update problem.
6. There was a discussion about the creation of installers. Ted will schedule a separate meeting with those interested in pursuing this project.
7. The Hudson project is waiting on the installation of the new COIN server. Ted will follow up with Matt.
8. There was a brief discussion of what do about mailing lists, which are looking quite archaic. Upgrades will be tied into the creation of the new Web site. Bill will look into the use of forums within Wordpress.
