Notes

1. Haroldo Santos was introduced as the newest member of the TLC, replacing Bill Hart.
2. There was a discussion of the management of CoinUtils and Cgl. CoinUtils will be managed going forward by Haroldo, as Laci is no longer able to do it. We will fork Cgl and create Cgl2. This will be developed along with Osi2 (and possibly Clp2?). The manager of Cgl2 will be Giacomo Nannicini.
3. There was a brief discussion of funding opportunities. It seems that NSF is now much more supportive of supporting software development than in years past. We should take advantage of that.
4. Someone has started a project to create a build harness for Cbc that is based on CMake. This seems like a good thing that we should support.
5. There was a discussion regarding installers. Work on those has been stalled due to lack of time. Haroldo will look back into it again.
6. No progress has been made on the move to the new version of the autotools.
7. There has been little progress on Jenkins.
