The TLC met by teleconference on July 19, 2010 at 1:30 PM EST.

Notes

1. It was discussed and decided not to have a bug squashing party this year.
2. COIN-OR is being submitted for the INFORMS IMPACT prize and Mike Trick needs help with fodder
3. The call for nominations will go out soon. Some possible names were raised and will be contacted to see if there is interest.
4. Leo Lopes has put up a new submissions page. Everyone should review it if they can.
5. The interim stables (with reformatting, but no new build tools stuff) are out and have release versions.
6. We are still sorting out the buildtools stuff. At the moment, the biggest issue is how to construct the variables related to library dependencies. It was noted that some of the dependencies get added multiple times and it is not really possible to sort out separate dependencies for each separate binary, since they are all lumped together in the ADDLIBS variable. To convert the rest of the projects (such as OS), we'll need to put up some documentation. That process should be started soon.
7. The installers discussion was tabled.
8. The next meeting will be August 2.
