The TLC met by teleconference on June 21, 2010 at 3:00 PM EST.

Notes

1. The discussion on status of new stables was tabled.
2. There was a discussion of the next steps in the build tools conversion. They are
   • Converting more projects
   • Fixing up projects so that config_xxx.h is not installed
   • Testing library versioning
3. There was a discussion about what to do with externals and it was decided to leave them as is for now. At the moment, one can check out the subdirectory containing only the project source code in order to avoid checking out externals and this actually seems fine for now.
4. Bill will bug Matt to look into getting Hudson up and running.
