TLC Meeting June 15, 2006

The TLC met by teleconference on June 15, 2006. The meeting was called to order at 3:05 PM EST.

Agenda

  1. Policy for project page links

  2. Public announcement of cutover

  3. Final feedback on cutover

Notes

  1. Consensus was that we should only point to each project's Trac site from the COIN-OR Web site. The project manager can choose whether to point to a static Web site from there.

  2. The official announcement of the cutover will be made to the COIN community in the next day or two. Announcements will be made in mor public fora over the next few weeks, as bugs are worked out of the system and things seem stable.

  3. A few things still need to be fixed before the announcement. Each project still needs to have a LICENSE file, and some of the READMEs need to be cleaned up.
