Notes

1. We will begin a new round of releases over the next week or so. Laci will take care of CoinUtils and we will go from there.
2. The kinks are currently being worked out of the binary distribution system. Binaries are currently being automatically produced for some platforms on a test basis.
3. The bug squashing party has tentatively been re-scheduled for July 28 and 29.
4. There was a wide-ranging discussion of how to treat dependencies and whether we should move away from the current system of using externals. Nothing was concluded.
