Notes

1. The switch to using property sheets has been made for the projects in CoinAll, though there are still a number of project files that have not been converted, such as unit tests, etc. We will try to convert them over time. It was discussed and agreed that we should sit on this for a while before pushing it out to stables and releases.
2. Haroldo Santos has asked about getting more involved in management of CoinUtils, Cgl, and Cbc. I have already given him write access to the Cbc repository and will check with Laci about giving him access to the CoinUtils.
3. There was a discussion about who to recruit to fill the empty slot on the TLC left by the departure of Bill Hart.
4. Ted briefed everyone on discussions taking place on the SLB regarding the foundation's mission and future direction. We are considering whether we want to try and obtain ownership of some of the core codes as a means to more effective fundraising.
5. No progress has been made on the remaining agenda items.
