Notes

  1. There will be another panel (COIN-OR Technology Forum) at INFORMS this year.
  2. Due to travel schedules, meetings will be spotty for the next month or two. The only common meeting time in the poll was Friday at 4:00 PM.
  3. We have to once again face the question of what version(s) of MSVC++ to support. An issue raised was the fact that it is no longer possible to upgrade to version 10 from version 9 in the Express version of MSVC++ due to a lack of 64-bit support. This may mean we have to explicitly support multiple versions. There was a discussion about the v10alt versus v10 design. The OS folks are pushing for v10 rather than v10alt.
  4. Progress continues on CoinAll 1.6. It was agreed to fix a few more things, such as avoiding installation of the (private) auto-headers before going to releases. There are also still a number of projects that need to be converted to the new build system for inclusion in CoinAll.
  5. There was a discussion of how to configure the moderation system so that the right people get notified when tickets need to be modified. An idea was to forward the moderation requests to the ticket reflector.
  6. Remaining items were tabled.
