The TLC met by teleconference on April 26, 2010 at 3:00 PM EST.

Agenda

1. Follow up on OS redistribution issues
   • Removal of .jar files from repository
   • Redistribution of Intel files listed in fredist.txt
2. Follow up on updates to PM guidelines

Notes

1. OS is not longer distributing any jar files and has now set up scripts to download those that are required. Matt has yet to remove the previously distributed jar files from the repository. It was agreed that distribution of Intel libraries in a separate folder in Binary distributions should be OK. Ted will take this to the SLB to be sure.
2. PM guidelines was tabled again.
3. Ted discussed recent changes to build tools, including the ability to set version numbers and svn revision numbers automatically at build time. As a next step in the process, Stefan will move changes to build tools trunk and then beginning moving changes to individual projects into their trunks, starting at the bottom of the hierarchy and working up. Lou will also look at corresponding changes to Doxygen files to allow de-coupling of Doxygen builds.
