The TLC met by teleconference on April 12, 2010 at 3:00 PM EST.

Agenda

1. Redistribution issues with OS
2. Follow up on updates to PM guidelines
3. CoinAll 1.4 update
4. Update on efforts related to build system

Notes

1. At issue is the fact that jar files whose license does not allow redistribution were included in the repository. It was decided that for now, we'll remove all such files permanently from SVN and enact a temporary ban on distributing any jar files as part of a project repository until we can decide on a more permanent solution.
2. Tabled due to lack of attendance.
3. There was a discussion of the CoinAll binary distribution for MSVC++ users. It was decided that Kipp's project files will be added to the repository along with instructions on how to install additional required dependencies (Intel compiler libraries), so the MSVC++ binary distribution can be built and distributed in an automated and fashion consistent with the distributions for other platforms.
4. Tabled due to lack of attendance.
