Notes

  1. The project acceptance checklist has now been updated. The version matching the current guidelines is posted [here Submissions Template]

  2. There was a brief discussion of the SLB's progress delving into legal issues. Some progress has been made, but it's a difficult road.

  3. The new CoinUtils stable version is due out soon. Nothing has happened regarding the splitting of CoinUtils into pieces to make management easier.

  4. THe auto-generated PNGs showing version numbers for projects should work now.

  5. Mailing list issues are waiting until Francois has access to make the required changes.

  6. The k-shortest path code has been accepted and does exist as a project, though it has not been announced and is not listed on the projects page. Ted will check with Sven Devries regarding whether he intends to submit his cutting planes anytime soon. The other two projects listed (DECOMP and OBOE) are in process.

  7. There was a brief discussion of how to deal with cross-cutting project management issues. It was agreed that a "bug squashing party" might be an effective way to deal way to kill some of these cross-cutting issues, such as those raised by Matt Galati regarding MSVC++.

  8. Remaining items were tabled.
