The TLC met by teleconference on March 29, 2010 at 3:00 PM EST.

Agenda

1. Follow up on updates to PM guidelines.
2. Submissions update
   • VRPH
   • AMPL user-defined functions

3. CoinAll 1.4 update
4. Update on efforts related to build system

Notes

1. The update on PM Guidelines was tabled.
2. Submissions were discussed. VPRH has been approved and AMPL user-defined functions is moving through the system. Coopr is just about ready to go. There was a discussion of whether it should retain the same "look and feel" as other projects, even though it is being developed outside of COIN. Bill agreed to make the changes to give it that same look and feel.
3. There is now a new release of OS, so CoinAll 1.4 is on track for a new release within a few days.
4. There were no updates on build system stuff.
