1. One of the PMs has requested the installation of software for managing discussion forums. There was a discussion of generally how such a set-up should work and it was generally agreed that the best approach would be to use one installation for all of COIN, with individual PMs or others creating topic areas as appropriate. Some specific options were discussed:

   • http://trac-hacks.org/wiki/DiscussionPlugin The Trac plug-in seems a little lightweight, since it does not allow attachment of files. Another consideration is the fact that as we move toward managing the entire Web site with a content management system, it would make sense to use whatever discussion forum software comes with the CMS, if this is appropriate. It was decided to follow up with Brady on progress with selecting a CMS before installing any forum software.
2. The cross-compilation issues previously raised seem to have been resolved.
3. A new release of CoinUtils has been created. A plan was discussed to make releases of the other projects in CoinAll over the next few weeks.
