Notes

Current Business

  1. A minor errors were pointed out in the new BuildTools documentation, but other than that, it seems to look good.
  2. It was discussed whether to look into the idea of not installing autoconf headers this time or around or generate another round of releases and then look into it. It was decided to give it until the end of the week and then start to make releases if no one has time to look at it. The change to handling of the Dependencies file for releases is done.
  3. VS2010 project files for the classic and split builds are in place for CoinUtils, DyLP, Clp, Vol (classic only), Osi, Cgl, and Cbc.
  4. The moderator plug-in for for TRAC is up and running and seems to work well. The one issue is that there has to be a moderator with an e-mail in TRAC in order for the system to work. Some projects don't have very active management (like CoinUtils at the moment), so there is no moderator and hence tickets cannot be submitted.
  5. Update of Doxygen documentation on the server seems to be broken, i.e., this should show 2.6.3. Ted will contact Laci.
  6. There was a discussion of whether/how to deactivate the RPX project. Ted will contact the relevant people.

Pending Business

  1. Mailing list issue is still on hold while we get the new server and Web site up and running.
  2. The issue of installers has re-surfaced. Bill will check out the installers cobbled together by Ted using InstallJammer and see how they compare to the ones he's made. Then we'll decide how to proceed.
  3. Progress on getting Hudson up and running continues.

Respectfully submitted,

Ted Ralphs, TLC Chair
