The TLC met by teleconference on March 1, 2010 at 3:00 PM EST.

Notes

1. Google Summer of Code was discussed. Bill agreed to take charge of COIN's efforts to get a project.
2. The software release schedule was discussed. It was agreed that CoinAll 1.4 should be released by the practice meeting (early April), while a 1.5 version will be released by the INFORMS Annual Meeting.
3. There was a discussion of whether to do a vendor workshop or other similar tutorial at the INFORMS Annual Meeting. Bill agreed to contact Robin about this.
4. There was no update on the PM guidelines.
5. CoinAll 1.4 is still waiting on a new OS release, which is in turn dependent on some fixes that should be be occurring in the near future.
6. There has been no further progress on Hudson.
7. There was a discussion about whether post-commit scripts should be available for inspection by users. Laci agreed to put them up somewhere so that suggestions could be made for their modification.
