The TLC met by teleconference on February 15, 2012 at 4:00 PM EST.

Notes

1. There will be a special election to fill Bill Hart's spot on the TLC.
2. CoinAll 1.6.1 is finally out now, with fixes to the build system and other minor bug fixes.
3. There was a discussion about how move forward on installers.
   • It is not clear whether InstallJammer is still a good option. It is no longer developed, but there are snapshots of the most recent versions of both 1.2 and 1.3 (the version that adds support for OSX). For now, we will proceed with it and see how it goes.
   • We are slowly moving towards the ability to automatically generate binaries and installers. Integrating this ability with Jenkins is a key to moving forward.
   1. Stefan and Ted will continue to look into a switch to the new auto tools version.
   2. Kipp and John are continuing to look into getting Jenkins working.
   3. Ted will bug Matt to upgrade the moderation system plug-in.
