The TLC met by teleconference on February 15, 2010 at 2:00 PM EST.

Agenda

1. Follow up on updates to PM guidelines.
2. CoinAll 1.4 update
3. Update on efforts related to build system
4. Follow-up on discussion of generation of project documentation.

Notes

Attendance was sparse due to the change in time of the meeting. There was a discussion of the changes to the build system. Next steps are to move the Osi split changes into BSPsplit and then ask Matt and Lou to play around with it to make sure it's OK. We can then make Clp work with OsiClp and also modify Cgl. Kipp reported that there was a problem with the latest version of cppad used in CoinAll 1.4, so we will go back to the old version.
