The TLC met by teleconference on February 1, 2010 at 3:00 PM EST.

Agenda

1. What's up with binaries? Different versions are available for different platforms, some are ancient.
2. Follow up on updates to PM guidelines.
3. CoinAll 1.4 update
4. Update on efforts related to build system
5. Progress on nightly testing summaries with Hudson: Hudson test server
   • See here for an example for the XML test results file that is recognized by Hudson.
6. Discuss generation of project documentation.
   • What types of documentation are supported?
   • What mechanisms for 'uploading' documentation are acceptable?

Notes

1. There was a discussion of binaries and it was decided to hold off on organizing binaries until after the pkg-config stuff is done.
2. Leo will follow up on changes to the PM guidelines from last meeting.
3. CoinAll 1.4 is just about ready to go. We are still waiting on new stable versions of OS and CoinMP.
4. No progress was reported on the build system.
5. No progress was reported on Hudson.
6. There was a discussion of generation of project documentation. It was thought that unless there are reasons to do otherwise, simply generating documentation locally and checking it into the static HTML portion of a project's SVN repository is the best option.
