Notes

1. Leo has undertaken to develop a simplified introduction to submissions. There was a lengthy discussion on the things that are unclear in the current procedures and it was decided that the TLC should undertake to update all of the existing guidelines, including the contributions page on www.coin-or.org and possibly the project management policy and procedures as well. The starting point will be to copy the existing pages from www.coin-or.org to the TLC wiki and edit them there.
2. CoinAll stable version 1.4 had been created. CoinAll 1.4 will not include the new capabilities in the build system (i.e., using pkf-config, etc.). These will be out off until version 1.5.
3. The CoinBazaar is now up and running. It has not yet been announced and still needs an XML file. Ted promised to post instructions on how to update a project's XML file.
4. Bill and Matt are still working on getting Hudson up and running on the COIN-OR server.
5. Stefan now has the changes with pkg-config working with CoinUtils and Clp. The option to build using the old style without the presence of pkg-config is also now implemented. Next will be to try to convert Osi and to then make our way further up the project hierarchy.
