Tires
- Michelin Pilot Street Radial Tire sizes
- 110/70/17 front and 140/70/17 rear (currently 150/70/17)
- 29-30psi front and 33-34psi rear
Chain and sprockets
- Stock sprockets are 14T & 42T. Stock chain has 520 pitch (keep pitch) with 106 link count. A 106 or 108 link count is appropriate, 106 for about a 14/43 and less (42, 41, 40) and for 15/42 or less... 108 links if your rear sprocket is larger than 42.
- 15/43 raises top speed for all gears, but lowers acceleration. 14/40 for higher first gear, less acceleration.
- Chain brands (Vortex, DID, EK, RK, Regina are all good), look for ones with anodized coating.

Specs
- Oil 10W-40
- Oil capacity: 2.3 US qt when oil filter removed, 2.5 US qt when engine completely dry (Check 2 to 3 mins after idling/running)
- Engine oil drain bolt Torque: 19.6nm, 14.5 ft/lb
Replacing tires
When putting on new tire, align white dot on tire to valve stem (it's lightest part of the tire) and ensure arrows on rim and tire match direction.
Rear tire
- Things needed: Weights for balancing, Valve stem tool, soapy water spray, tire pressure guage, tire irons, rim protectors
- Nut is 24mm and 17mm, torque is 72 ft/lb
- Find nut sizes for rear wheel adjustments
Front tire
- Take out front brake caliper bolts (12mm) and dangle caliper out of the way
- Torque is 65 ft/lb
