Codemagic is a remote-first company.

This means you are allowed to work from a remote location.

Does Codemagic have an office?

Codemagic currently has a co-working space that is managed by Mobi Space in Tartu, Estonia and access to this space is available for anyone wishing to work from Tartu, Estonia. You are required to notify your team lead so that they can let the office manager know that you are coming.

Mobi Space is located at Akadeemia 3, Tartu 51003.

Can I work from a co-working space?

If you would like to work from another co-working space you are free to do so and get compensated on the co-working expense.

Can I work from home?

Yes

Can I travel and work from abroad?

Yes, but please discuss this with your team if you plan to travel outside of your typical time zone. This is so that your colleagues are aware and you can plan your travel accordingly. For example, you need to take responsibility for communicating and discussing your availability with your team and making sure you can carry out your work asynchronously.
