Most of this info is publicly available at this time we keep vendor information internal and everything you see in this document if you work at Codemagic you can order by contacting our vendors, which you can find here:

Vendors contacts and locations

For events, we have used an agency called Tenandone or Feiss in Estonia. Neither are good and require about 6 weeks' notice. The best quality we have had recently is with a company called quack.es from Logrono Spain during the NSSpain conference.

If you order shirts, then go for the best quality print - DTG (direct to garment). BEWARE! There are very different quality you can get. There are DTG prints that feel like there is a sticker on the back and there are those that are very good quality.

Best practice for ordering shirts is to plan the quantity and logistics 1-2 months ahead.

International shipping

If you have event in EU buy from EU, otherwise you need to deal with expensive shipping, taxes and risks with shirts ending up in customs. For US orders we have used Custom Ink.

We use Stickermule for small orders, for example, if you want to send stickers to a meetup. For T-shirts, we don’t have a good supplier just yet that can do small orders. Stickermule has an issue in that it doesn’t do front and back print. We would have needed to pick one. The agency we use for events does big orders.

Maks recommends that ANZ region use some local suppliers.

If you want a small order of shirts, then you need to find a supplier that can do it. You should first order a sample to test with and update this guideline if you find a good supplier. For payment, you can ask the team lead for a card or pay yourself and ask for a reimbursement.

For the ANZ region, we have used Das T-Shirt a couple of times for small orders (5) t-shirts; they do front+back; ask @maks for login details.
