For Estonian employees

We have a package which covers 80% of the costs and you cover 20%. It includes doctor visits with priority, dental, physiotherapy and massages, special diagnostic (e.g. MRI, CT scans etc.), mental health doctors, prescription drugs should be included as well.

This means if you go to book a time at a private clinic or paid service in Estonia then 80% of the costs will be re-imbursed and you pay for 20% of the costs. For context MRI at confido cost about €200 I think and doctor visit is typically under €100.

For People working abroad

The company can offer you Safetywing premium health insurance which has worldwide coverage (excluding the US) We cover in-patient, outpatient, dental, vision, screening & vaccines, wellness (mental health), and maternity (20% co-insurance).
