Overview

Nevercode performs automatic backup of all customer and system data to protect against catastrophic loss due to unforeseen events that impact the entire system. The data recovery plan is reviewed and tested at least annually.

Policy Statements

1. Any system that contains production customer data must be backed up using an automated system at least monthly
2. Any system that supports Point-in-Time recovery must have this functionality enabled.
3. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by a member of the leadership team and documented with the reason for exception.
4. A data recovery plan is put in place that outlines the steps necessary to restore full production functionality after a disaster.
5. This data recovery plan must be reviewed and tested at least annually.
