FOSS+ Reproducibility III: Building Docker Containers¶

One highlight from the previous FOSS session was learning about how to use Visual Studio Code and Docker in action with mirror image code at the same team syncing.

Bud: Something that you are looking forward to digging into deeper. This could also include ideas on how to apply concepts to your research in the future.

I am looking forward to delving deeper into creating Docker containers and using VS Code for my own projects.

Thorn: Something that was challenging that could be worked on, such as anything that wasn't 100% clear and could be elaborated on. Any sticking points should be addressed here.

One aspect that could be further elaborated on is how to create your own Docker container and make sure it works (so many steps).
