Enhancement Presets - cmuche/octoprint-timelapseplus GitHub Wiki
Enhancement presets define how the single frames stored in a Frame Collection are preprocessed and enhanced before the rendering starts.
Name
A recognizable name for your Enhancement Preset
Enhancing
Brightness and contrast settings can be adjusted. The values are usually around 1.00
.
Histogram Equalization tries to optimize the image histogram. See this link for more information. This can help with Frame Collections captured in low light conditions.
Blur
You can blur parts of your video. This is helpful if your webcam not only captures your printbed but also sensitive things next to your printer and you want to share the video with others.
For this you can change the blur radius (higher values mean blurrier areas). You need to upload a grayscale blur mask image. Keep in mind that it should have the same dimensions as your webcam image (at least the same aspect ratio). Otherwise Timelapse+ has to resize it every time you render a video. White areas in your mask define on which areas of vour video the blur effect applies, black means no blur. Grayscale images represent values in between, e.g. for smooth masks.
Timecodes
When Timelapse+ captures a snapshot it also stores the current timestamp and stores it (along other metadata) within the Frame Collection. This can then be used to add Timecodes to the final timelapse in the form of an overlay in one of the video's corners.
Size
Defines the height of the Timecode overlay in percent. A size of 15
means that the overlay height is 15%
of the image height.
Margin
Defines the spacing between the border and the overlay.
Position
The overlay can be snapped to one of the 8 borders or edges of the video.
Type
Timelapse+ offers many Timecode types.
Print Time
Displays the elapsed print time for each frame.
Time
Displays the time of the day when the frame was captured.
Percent
Displays how much of the print is done.
Progress bar
A visual representation of Percent.
Analog Clock
A visual representation of Time.
Colors
Here you can define any color as the scheme for the overlay.
