Rate Limit

The following are rate limited:

1. All breaches for an account i.e. e-mail address and alias.

2. All pastes for an e-mail address

3. Pwned Passwords API v1

There are no rate limits for the following:

1. Getting all breached sites in the system

2. Have I Been Pwned? API v1

3. Pwned Password API v2

4. Pwned Password API v3
