Before making a project release:

• Make sure all tests pass.
• Ensure the CHANGES.md file is up-to-date.
• Update the README.md file to:
  • Show correct maven and sbt dependencies in Installation section.

NB: No need to update the version numbers as the release plugin will handle this automatically.
