Release Highlights

• Integration of dropsonde into gorouter begins
• Ruby 1.9.3p547 now updated across CF
• Go Buildpack is bumped to latest version in release
• Python Buildpack is now included in the release
• CC Tests refactor work has begun
• Security Group endpoints now complete
• Many missing CC API docs have now been added
• Work to support Ubuntu 14.04 stemcells in cf-release has begun
