Release Notes

The cf-release v165 was released on April 2nd 2014. This release comes at the end of a concerted effort to work through all existing runtime pull requests. There are over 40 pull requests that were merged during the week that are included in this release. More details on the PR's that were merged can be found here: https://git-pipeline.cfapps.io/pipelines/runtime/versions

All CC jobs are now co-locatable. We are now running the latest greatest gnatsd code in production as a single node cluster. We intend to bump up our test environments to be multi node clusters in the upcoming release to prep the way for gnatsd clusters to become the default in cf-release in the near future.
