Provide admin consent on behalf of all users

If your organization prefers not to prompt every user for consent to the app, a Global Administrator (or Privileged Role Administrator) can grant consent once on behalf of all users in the organization.

This ensures:

  • Users can sign in without seeing the consent screen.
  • Permissions are centrally reviewed and approved.
  • Faster onboarding for large teams.

Prerequisites

Typically you must be signed in as one of the following roles:

  • Global Administrator
  • Privileged Role Administrator

Option 1 - Grant consent via consent URL

  1. Construct and open tenant-wide admin consent URL following the following format: https://login.microsoftonline.com/{organization}/adminconsent?client_id=94d8084e-83ee-45f4-8093-41f80417724d
    • {organization} is the tenant ID of the tenant you want to consent the application in. You can use the value organizations that causes the consent to happen in the home tenant of the user you sign in with.

    • 94d8084e-83ee-45f4-8093-41f80417724d leave this value as is as this is AppId of Service Bus Cloud Explorer App in Microsoft Entra ID.

  2. When the Microsoft login screen appears, sign in using an admin account as per prerequisites.
  3. Click Accept

Option 2 - Grant consent via application login

  1. Open the application URL: 👉 https://servicebus.cloudbricks.io

  2. When the Microsoft login screen appears, sign in using an admin account as per prerequisites.

  3. You will be shown the consent screen with required permissions

  4. Tick: ☑ Consent on behalf of your organization

  5. Click Accept

Option 3 - Grant consent via Azure Portal

  1. Go to Azure Portal
  2. Navigate to: Microsoft Entra IDEnterprise ApplicationsService Bus Cloud Explorer
  3. Open Permissions
  4. Click: Grant admin consent for <Tenant Name>
  5. Confirm the action

✅ Consent is now granted once for all users in your tenant
