Privacy Policy
Cloud Bricks takes your privacy seriously. To better protect your privacy, we provide this privacy policy notice explaining the way your personal information is collected and used.
Collection of Routine Information
Service Bus Cloud Explorer tracks basic information about their users. This information includes, but is not limited to, IP addresses, browser details, timestamps and referring pages. None of this information can personally identify specific user to Cloud Bricks. The information is tracked for routine administration and maintenance purposes.
Cookies
Where necessary, this app can use cookies, local storage, session storage to store information about a visitor’s preferences and history in order to better serve the user and/or present the user with customized content.
Security
The security of your personal information is important to us, however, remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Security profile
- None of user's Azure Service Bus data traffic passes through or stored in Cloud Bricks systems.
- All of user's Azure and Azure Service Bus data like messages, namespaces, topics, subscriptions are moving from user local machine (a Single Page App) to Microsoft Azure APIs directly without going through Cloud Bricks.
- Users can only perform actions on Service Bus entities where they have been granted relevant access already via Access Control (IAM).
- All API endpoints are protected via Oauth2 Authorization code flow with PKCE using Azure Active Directory as Authorization server.
- Legacy implicit and hybrid Oauth2 flows are disabled in Authorization server.
- All data is encrypted at rest and on transit.
- A security audit of all 3rd party packages is performed on every pipeline with zero (>= moderate) vulnerabilities as a pass condition.
PII user data we store
User's Email address
Service Bus Cloud Explorer stores the email address of the single user who creates the SaaS subscription for an organization via Azure Marketplace. This data point is shared with us via Azure Marketplace in association with the subscription and is essential to communicate with consumers regarding setup or service information. Once the SaaS subscription is cancelled; data point will be deleted in not more than 48 hours.
Other user data we store
Azure AD tenant Id
Service Bus Cloud Explorer stores the Azure AD tenant Id of the user who creates the SaaS subscription for an organization. This data point is shared with us via Azure Marketplace in association with the subscription and is essential to grant other people in user's directory access to the service. Once the SaaS subscription is cancelled; data point will be deleted in not more than 48 hours.
Changes To This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy is effective as of 17/03/2022 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.
Cloud Bricks reserve the right to update or change this Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. If Cloud Bricks make any material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you either through the email address associated with the SaaS subscription, or by placing a prominent notice on the app.
