Setting up a trial account
If this is your first login click the button - Create VoipStudio Trial Account. It’s the option to create a free test account in Voip Studio.
A form will be displayed with automatically filled data retrieved from the org where the application is installed. By clicking the confirm button, you agree to VoIPstudio's Terms and Conditions. Your information will be shared with the trial provider, and a free account will be created. Next you have to check your email for a password reset link and further instructions to complete the setup.
The email message should look similar to the screenshot below.
After clicking the link, the user should be redirected to a form view with two fields for setting a password. You need to enter a value and confirm the changes. On the next screen, fields will be displayed to enter a one-time 6-digit code, which will be sent in a follow-up email. After entering the code, we will be automatically redirected to the created VoIP Studio account.
During the 30-day trial period, the user is assigned the basic plan, which includes an initial credit of 10 PLN, 2 EUR, 2 USD, or 1.5 GBP, depending on the selected currency and registration area, to be used for calls and SMS. If the user exhausts this package, they can additionally change the tariff plan in the main Voip Studio panel to the so-called 2000/2K Bundle, which provides an additional 100 free minutes for testing. One test account in Voip Studio equals one test number.
To complete the registration process and set up the test account, you need to go through all the registration steps available in the settings panel. To start the process, click Continue. Fill in all the required fields for personal and address details. Provide a phone number where a test call will be made on step 3.
Wait for the callback, where the user will hear a 4-digit code to activate the account.
After entering the code on the computer screen, a message confirming successful activation will appear in the VoipStudio panel.
Phone number assignment
The next step in configuring a test account is to assign a phone number. To obtain a phone number for testing purposes, you can contact VoipStudio or connect and configure the number yourself.

- next in the Voip panel, click the Location section and then select a location record e.g. Default location,
- enter the data in the Country, State, Area Code, City fields similar to the ones you selected when adding the number,

- You should also check if your rate plan is set to the American plan - area code +1
- If you want to test SMS, you need to check and activate them on the phone number record. In the Telephone Number section, click on the added number, and then in the details view, click on enabled SMS
Remember to include the country code (e.g. +48) when dialing a number or sending an SMS.

If this is your next login
If you already have the login details from the Voip Studio panel – SIP Domain, SIP Username, and SIP Password, or if this is your next login, press the button - I have credentials and want to login.
Go to the VoipStudio panel and select the Users tab. One user should be listed. Click on their name.
Then, find the SIP Account (Voice and Video Calls) section, click on its name, and check and remember the login details – SIP Domain, SIP Username, and SIP Password.
Enter the data from the VoipStudio panel into the Quakker application and click Connect.
Note: If an error occurs during the Administrator's first login, you need to add trusted URLs according to point 3b of installation guide. Enter the address from the SIP Domain field provided in the VoipStudio panel for the Admin user. Remember to enter the value from the SIP Domain field in the format wss://eu.sip.ssl7.net. During login, you also need to include the prefix wss://.
If you encounter an error during login as shown in the screenshot below, you most likely forgot to add wss:// when entering the value in the WebSocket Address field. The correct format of this field should be, for example, wss://eu.sip.ssl7.net.
Standard users who have the application shared with them, when the Administrator has not yet created a test account, will have the Connect button disabled.
To add a new user for the created account in VoipStudio, follow these steps:
