Answ2: There are 2 options:

  • Option1: You can use the R-Instat software link under Climatic menu to connect R-Instat directly to Climsoft database, this is the best option since it will take the station metadata alongside data.
  • Option2: Climsoft can export directly a data file output in Comma Separated Value (CSV) ready for import and use into R-Instat.

Question3: Is it possible to save the graphs produced in R-Instat and use these in a presentation?

Question4: Is it possible to use R package into R-Instat?
Answ4: Yes, it is possible to install any R package in R-Instat using the Install R Package option under the Tool Menu but R-Studio is suitable to run R scripts and R-Instat log file scripts.
