Problem	Possible Causes	What to Do
If the app doesn't start after installation.	Missing resource files or dll.	Uninstall the current version. Download and install the latest version. (>1.3.0)
On the Mapping tab, some node/relationship type has a Key missing icon.	The unique identifier node/relationship type is missing.	See Key Missing.
On the Compare tab, I get an error: key constraint is not unique.	The key for that node/relationship type is not unique.	Choose a property that is unique for each item.
On the Compare tab I get an error: Out of memory. Check memory settings.	Records are too large to handle in the current memory configuration. Try to increase it and try again.	Check Neo4j 👉 Memory Configuration. Memgraph 👉 Storage Memory Usage
On the Compare tab, I don't see any records when I select the node/relationship type 🡲 select Filter 🡲 show Identical.	No identical items found.
